The Stadium Highbury Square is the development of the Arsenal Stadium in Highbury; the first football club in the world to be converted into 711 ultra-contemporary, luxury apartments. LUCHFORD APM was appointed to execute a consumer and property PR launch campaign to raise the profile of The Stadium Highbury Square in both domestic and foreign investor markets.
A comprehensive media campaign was compiled with the objectives to drive sales through bespoke events and targeted features, to build the profile of the appointed spokespeople and to position The Stadium as a unique and desirable location. This was achieved through the implementation of an international lifestyle campaign, the leverage of key events including sales and construction events, and through daily interaction with target media.
Positioning features appeared in The Times, Sunday Times, Bricks & Mortar, City AM and Evening Standard. In total 91 pieces of coverage were secured with an editorial value of £2.3 million.
