ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

LUCHFORD APM is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its International Brands team, working on one of the agency’s flagship accounts. This role would be perfect for someone with Consumer Drinks or FMCG experience who is looking to move into the luxury arena.

You will have been an Account Manager for at least one year with excellent client handling and people management skills. Working with the Head of the Division, you will manage the day to day PR activity for client accounts. The ideal candidate must be passionate about working on big brands, be results-driven, hard-working and have experience in global PR.

Desired candidate skills:

       Experience developing and directing successful communications strategies, planning and implementation of PR activity for clients and prospects both in UK and internationally

       Experience of working on Consumer Drinks or FMCG accounts

       Solid contacts and media relation skills as well as a thorough knowledge of the UK and international media landscape

       Highly skilled in communications, press release and tool kit writing

       Organised and experience managing junior members of staff

       Ability to think creatively and generate ‘big ideas’ for consumer engagement

       Team player

OFFICE MANAGER

 

Super organised Office Manager needed for busy PR agency in Central London. We are looking for a real self-starter who will keep the office running day today and be responsible for opening up each morning, supporting the founder in both her personal and work life, assisting the team as a whole and working closely with the operational and finance department.

 

You will supervise all of the administrative activities and facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office. You will need to manage all office administration including but not limited to answering phones, carrying out financial activities, diary management, typing correspondence, filing, ordering stationery, general upkeep of the office, reception.

 

Essential Qualities

       2 years’ experience in an administrative role

       Well presented

       Excellent communication skills (English as first language or a fluent and clear speaker)

       Highly organised

       Reliable and punctual

       Attention to detail

       Multi-tasker

       Working under pressure to tight deadlines

       Proactive and confident

       Advanced IT skills
