LUCHFORD APM originally launched the YOO brand with positioning features in Harpers & Queen (2 pages), Elle Decoration (12 pages inc. cover), Evening Standard (full page) and Sunday Times (full page business profile). Each YOO development has had its own strategy with highlights including a sensational media event tied into London Fashion Week for 700 media and A list celebrities, several interiors features linked into Phlippe Starck's design ethos and a news feature about Liam Gallagher and Nicole Appleton buying a Penthouse (which led to the swift sale of all Penthouses in the given development).
LUCHFORD has managed the campaign for nine years and is credited with being responsible for "78% of sales". The total editorial value of the campaign exceeds £5 million and over 1,000 press cuttings. The campaign includes the global lead, Asia, UK with YOO The Lakes launching in September, Man U in the summer. Kelly Luchford personally handles the profile for John Hitchcox and directs press on Anton Bilton, Jade Jagger and Philippe Starck.
